During a retreat we provide an opportunity to pamper yourself with a selection of wonderful treatments. Available for your enjoyment are for example naturopathic and ayurvedic treatments, as well as reflexology, energy healing, aroma massage, reiki and combinations of these. You can also find at Tuomisto an occupational therapist, physiotherapist, zone therapist, folk healer, reflexologist and astrologer.

We provide guided tours to nature sights in the surrounding area, boat trips in Rautavesi lake, trips to the stunning Yyteri beach as well as tours in the medieval churches of the area, in which Viking tombs and amazing stories are guaranteed.
